Where do I board the shuttle to get to my flight?

The shuttle will pick you up at the entrance of the Clarion PHL Hotel.

Where does the shuttle drop me off?

When the shuttle arrives at the hotel, be sure to inform the driver of the airline you are using. Once we arrive at the airport, our shuttles will drop you off at the curbside of your airline's terminal.

Where do we pick you up upon return?

When you arrive back from your flight, be sure to call our shuttles since we are an on-demand service. Once you have received your bags, stand in the designated area reserved for the Ground Transportation shuttles. Note which terminal you are located at when you call our facility.

What does the shuttle look like?

Look for the Park & Jet and Clarion PHL logo on our shuttles when you arrive back from your trip. As mentioned previously, be sure to call our shuttles when you arrive back from your trip and wait in the designated area reserved for Ground Transportation shuttles. We'll pick you up for the short ride back to the Clarion PHL Hotel.
